Knowledge Organisers
A knowledge organiser is based on a topic that your child will be learning and contains the important information that your child will need to learn by the end of the topic. Teachers will use them in class and pupils are encouraged to use them at home to support learning. Homework could be based on this important information such as learning the definitions of vocabulary, researching words, people or places or learning about facts in more detail. Revising this information at home will then support learning in the classroom. They can also be used as a fun tool to discuss learning with the child.
