Hello Year 5!

 

Both of us (Mr Alford and Mrs Benson) are so sorry we were unable to see you all after the Christmas holidays but we hope that you all had a good break. Unfortunately are are not able to be together again at the moment due to the National Lockdown but we are looking forward to staying in touch with you all through Teams and Purple Mash.

 

This page contains an overview of the tasks and activities to complete whilst you are studying at home. The learning will reflect what we would have been learning together in class, so its important you do your best to complete tasks in the order we set them. You will also find copies of the worksheets for the week combined for easier printing.

 

We are using Teams to have meetings with you twice a week where we can talk to you about your learning.

Completed work can either be uploaded to the Completed Work folder for the week - put your name and the name of the work. You can also email in photos of your work to the class email address:Year5-2020@st-lukes.leics.sch.uk. Teams also contains Powerpoints and copies of the worksheets for that subject. We are also using Purple Mash, TTRS and Spelling Shed for work assignments.

 

You are all amazing and we know you will do your very best with this. You can ask us questions about work and chat to each other on Teams. Also, if you find you are struggling, please let us know - we are here to help.
